Our Laboratory features:
- CMM with X(28") x Y(28")
x Z(24") capacity. Our CMM is DCC powered and operates off of Geomeasure
and Checkmate 2000, allowing for CAD interface and offline programming.
- Non-contact Video Measuring
System with built-in magnification for rapid measurement of very small
components and features.
- Optical Comparator with
digital readout, surface illumination, edge detection and digital protractor.
- Full array of conventional digital inspection tools including height
gages, calipers, micrometers and indicators. Complementing these gages
is Measurelink Real Time Plus SPC software.
